Shipping Policy

  • Shipping to USA only.

  • Orders are mailed via USPS First Class Mail.

  • Shipping is a flat rate of $3.00 for all orders

Return Policy

  • Unopened bottles of Anaphro may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All products shipped for return must be UNOPENED with the original seal in place.

  • There will be a $5 restocking fee and customer must pay for return shipping.

  • Opened bottles or items with any signs of usage cannot be exchanged or refunded due to health concerns.
     

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for help via our Contact Form.

  • If your order was lost in transit, please notify us immediately by using our Contact Form.

  • A claim for a damaged or missing package must be made within 30 days of its estimated delivery date.
