The Holiday Season and Triggers

Anaphro

The holiday season and extra stress usually go hand in hand. Feeling stressed out can leave you more susceptible to your ' triggers.' Triggers are things that exploit your vulnerabilities and cause you to react. Take some time to review what triggers your sexual thoughts, such as situations or activities, so you can take care to avoid them.

Holiday parties, get togethers and other festive gatherings can put you in situations that may set off your personal triggers. Being aware and planning how you will react to certain situations may be helpful.

Always remember, if you stray from your path try not to be discouraged - getting back on track is not far away!

*Happy Holidays from all of us here at Anaphro!*
