Learn What Triggers You

Anaphro

The Anaphro Program E-Guide helps you explore your personal triggers of unwanted sexual thoughts. These triggers can be vastly different from person to person. Make a trigger list or check out the list in the Anaphro Program E-Guide.

One of the tips in the E-Guide is to analyze your thoughts. Analyzing your thoughts will bring awareness to why and how your thoughts are effecting your life. And if you can learn to analyze your thought processes, this may enable you to become more aware of what triggers your unwanted sexual thoughts.

Another tip is to get rid of anything that could ignite and fan the flames of unwanted sexual thoughts and fantasies. This will aid you in taking control.

Learn what triggers YOU.
